1. General Terms & Conditions

Jetween is a licensed online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Jetween and its members.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact Jetween support immediately.

• You must provide your real name, address, and contact details during registration.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number and email address.
• Any changes to your account information must be updated with Jetween.
• Registering with incorrect information may result in your account being closed at any time.

3. Age Restrictions & Eligibility

Jetween is for users aged 18 and above only. No one under the age of 18 may register or play on Jetween. Age is verified at the time of registration, and members may be asked to confirm their age with a national ID or passport at any time.

If a user is confirmed to be under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on Jetween can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved banking methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal conditions are stated on the platform and may change from time to time. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• For suspicious transactions, Jetween may hold withdrawals pending verification.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Jetween offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period.

Please read the applicable terms carefully before claiming any bonus. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Jetween reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

6. Game & Betting Rules

In the event of a technical issue during a game, Jetween will conduct an impartial investigation before making a decision. Jetween reserves the right to void any rewards granted as a result of a technical error.

• Winnings obtained by exploiting software glitches or bugs are not valid.

7. Security & Identity Verification (KYC)

9. Account Suspension or Closure

Jetween reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of rule violations. Members may also submit a request to close their own account.

Any bonus balance remaining at the time of account closure will not be refunded. However, if you voluntarily close your account, your actual deposited balance may be returned, subject to KYC requirements being met.
